You did your homework, shared it with us, discussed options, provided advice and then you worked, worked, worked to get the house sold. Further, when the buyer hit a snag with their lender the day before closing, Karen went way beyond what most Realtors would do and actually drove to the Lenders to meet with them to dig into the problem. Once she identified the snag she again went beyond what most Realtors would do and provided the contacts to the underwriter to get the closing back on track. Without Karen's extraordinary efforts, three families would have lost out. We are forever grateful for everything you did for us to help us live our dream. As far as we're concerned, Karen Weldin and staff are the best Realtors in Oklahoma, hands down. These include such banks as Bank of Oklahoma, Eufaula; Bank of Eufaula, Eufaula; Arvest Bank, Eufaula & McAlester; The Bank N.A., McAlester; Citizens Security Bank, Muskogee. These are just to name a few. My experience is that working with a local bank can be just as competitive as searching for a lender online and removed from the community. Service and familiarity with the area is worth a lot! By the way, Arvest Bank advertises and promotes the fact they make loans on raw land. Hope this is helpful.
