When someone asked me, “What has been your best client experience, thus far?” I didn’t have to think too hard to remember the experience clearly.  I have sold homes of all prices, but the the best experience was selling a house for $10,000.  A gentleman came to me having lost most all his material possessions in life yet wanted to own his own home at retirement age.  I had a house listed that most people thought should be torn down.  However, this client saw the beauty in the rafters still standing and purchased this property for his sacred home. He had to sleep in his camper truck during the first winter because there was not sufficient heat in the house; however by spring he had secured the home, began to do repairs and today it is truly his home…  Being a part of this story and helping this man find his home has been very touching to me.  We all want our own place - our sacred place we call home.  I hold this story in my heart to remind myself  of all my blessings in my own life and the lessons of simplicity I can learn from others not as fortunate as I.
